One of my residents asked me for new betteries for TV remote controller. I called facility management department for help. they haven't come yet. What I am concerning is that some of my residents have taken the new betteries.
I am, however, sure MA has not come because I also asked them to change light bulbs in common lounge. Those have not been replaced yet.
