An issue with 302

Hi Kia

I encountered new issue with 302. I had my floor meeting on last sunday night. I got most of my residents for the meeting except four for people.

302 residents came out except for Erik. I knocked the door and I heard that Erik locked the front door. I left there and had floor meeting without him. After the meeting, three of them went back to the door and found out that they were locked out.

Sam and Daniel banged and kicked the front door but Erik didn't open it.

I gathered the residents and talked. Erik said he didn't hear any because he was listening to music. He also answered that he locked the door for no reason.

Do I have to report this to the system?
